Dyed diesel is intended for use in off-road vehicles that do not need to be taxed in most states because they do not use tax-funded roads. Red dye is added to clearly distinguish if the fuel is taxed or untaxed. FM Fuel & Resources will easily guide you through the registration process to make sure you are meeting your state requirements.
